We’re Elise and Nigel – the husband-and-wife team behind Nexus Plumbing & Heating.

For the past 6 years, we’ve proudly built a loyal customer base by delivering reliable service with a personal touch. Nigel has over 18 years of hands-on experience as a gas engineer, working with all types of heating systems. He’s known for his expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to getting every job done right.

Elise brings her background in customer management, ensuring our clients always feel supported and valued. Together, we balance technical know-how with friendly, approachable service.

Outside of work, we’re all about family life. We have two wonderful boys who keep us busy, we love long walks with our dogs, and Nigel never misses a chance to catch a football match.
